What's 2010 to me?
2010 was an important year. First off, I had my SPM exam, which is the major event of the year. Students of my batch pretty much worked our heads off just to ace this one examination. Very glad that I'm still able to maintain the balance between work and play. Will our hard work pay off? Yet to find out in March.
2010 was an amazing year. I became much closer with my old friends. Knowing that we haven't much time left together. We treasured every moment we shared. I don't want to get into the sad part but I will miss you all. All the best.
2010 was an awesome year. I have made new friends. Some of which are my close friends now. I'm really glad to have known you. It has always been a great pleasure to bond with you all. I might not be able to do so in the days ahead, but we'll definitely keep in touch.
2010 was an inspiring year. I performed for the first time. Magic wise of course. It was good exposure. It showed me how people look at the art of card magic. It taught me how to deal with hacklers, spectators who screw you up intentionally or unintentionally. It made me realise how small I was and how much harder I have to work to do my magic justice.
2010 was an unforgettable year. I learnt how to drive. Of course it's fun. I want to fulfil my promise. Trust me one day I will. I had one of my most memorable birthdays ever. One of the most delicious birthday cakes too. Oreo cheese cake I will devour you again someday.
2010 was a year that will make me smile whenever I look back at it. I took my first step. It changed me a lot. I learnt when to listen to my head and when to just close my eyes and show no fear, to just do it. Of course, it told me not to think that what people think is what I think that they think because I think they know what I think.
2010 was one of the most significant years of my life. If I had to sum it up in one word...
2010 was badass. =)
Now now now.
2011. I know you have a lot in store for me. And I'm ready to take you on. I'll own you like I owned 2010.
* PG18?.... pfft! *
