Now that it's over
And so Midyear exam's finally over. It was pretty tough but no point talking about it now. However I won't be free the next week, lots of training going on. Tue, Wed, Thur, Sat, Sun, pretty tight huh... (though I definitely won't make it for every session...)
Tons of movies and I don't think I can watch them all. Ughh...
Anyways hope to be in Singapore soon, can't wait to get my hands on the Midnight Karnival Deck, Black Spider Deck, and hopefully some Arrcos. Gonna stock up on Tally-Ho's as well.
Ah major dilemma. I heard from my sis that my piano teacher will come to me in the holidays and pujuk me to go for diploma. DANG... WHAT SHOULD I DO????!!!!!
If I take on it, it mean two years (or more) of hardwork. And next year's SPM. But it's really a rare opportunity, the Mr. Soh from Singapore is really some big shot and he wants me to be his student...
If I don't, I'll have plenty of time to do other things. But then I'll probably be sitting there to think what would happen if I took on diploma for the rest of my life. So why not do it instead? Though I really lack passion. I like music a lot but playing music is another issue. It's like watching people fight, and people watching you fight... The real issue is I don't want to stop half way and give up. If I'm going to do it, I'm going to get it done. If not, I won't touch it in the first place. Yes there is potential, but I lack interest. HOW????!!!!
Things are going to get rough. OMG CRAP CRAP CRAP. Why do I have so many pointless stuff bothering me when it's the holidays???!!! And then there's the notice board, I don't Jeremy is planning to do anything, so it's pretty much up to me to settle it. Sometimes I really think too much.... but how could I not?

Mexican Flu
Well I believe everyone knows about the H1N1 flu that's going on nowadays. But first things first, it ain't SWINE flu. It actually has nothing to do with pigs. Latest news reported that a pig actually contracted the flu from a human!
Anyways, this killer flu is all around the world. And sad to say, I believe it'll 'arrive' in Malaysia in about.. say 1 week? And this flu is air bourne, so a simple sneeze could spread it to the people around you. And personally I really think that this flu could kill everyone.
Yea maybe most of us think that Malaysia's still alright or whatever.. but is the flu not in our country or our government didn't bother to find out? Cause what I see is Singapore everyday reporting about how many suspected cases of the flu while there seems to be no much going on in Malaysia. I'm don't know about the news and all but everyone macam relax je..Weird huh?
We're all trying to be optimistic I know. But if you really think about it, this flu is freakin' scary. Though this case seems to be better than SARS or Bird Flu.

Miracle-of-the-day X2
Well yesterday was a blast. We were up against the other debate team. ( It's so weird to call them 'the other team' , we should really name ourselves..). The topic from our point of view is 'Female Should Take Part In National Service'. Sad to say, our first and second speaker sucked. It's not a critic or something it's a fact. And I think I did so-so, at least we're still in the game. And when it's the head-on session, I think we're did some real damage. And their first speaker did not speak even once, and of course she scored 0 for that part. After that Soon Ming did good but I think Jeremy did better for the other team. Though the points he stated were mostly rebut(ted? ) so I think that didn't really helped them much.
In the end before the results were out, we're really down and all of us thought that we lost for sure. No kidding. However, they said I have a chance of getting best debator though we were certain its a lost game. Woots, they were right. Debator-of-the-day .. me. LOL. And what the hell WE WON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The teacher said that it was a VERY hard decision to make and we won by the mere 2 marks. ( 268 and 266). Aw sorry guys, you guys really had a chance if your first debator spoke at least one sentence in the head-on.
Still, we were surprised and glad. Ah it was damn amazing. GOOD JOB guys!
Right after that is AUDITION time. Our band 'Why Five' played two songs, it was cool. Our band consists of five person. 2 vocals, 1 base guitar, 1 lead guitar, and 1 accompaniement keyboard ( me LOL). We passed. WOOTS! Though I think I was really the extra in the band, I mean Why Five sounds perfectly fine without me. In that case, its Why Four. Anyway since I'm in, gonna try my best.
And Filzah was there too, and boy can she sing! Never heard her sing live before. She and Amar was a two man band. Some accoustic action going on, pretty cool. They were in as well. GRATS GUYS!!!!
There's also a dance crew. And one of them is also a JABBAWOCKEEZ FAN!!! They're trying to get hold of a jabbawockeez mask for their performance, good luck. And they can breakdance as well! Windmills, freezes, hand stand.. I'm really looking forward to their performance.
Exam's around the corner.. urgh.. no time to prartice with the band. Don't know what to do.

I totally sucked. and still sucks.
Went to the Chessmasters 2009 Open Tournament today. Gosh I really sucked. 7 games, altogether from 9am to 6pm.
At first things are looking pretty good. The first round I was against a Malay girl, something Aisha or Aisya or Aisyah. Managed to keep all 8 pawns till the end LOL. Won that one. Second round and third round was fine, won those as well. So that's full marks for me.
Though after the break. The remaining four games are hell to me. 4th round, matched up at table 1 ( represents ranking). Ended up with a slight advantage but I decided to draw the game. Don't wanna take the risk of blundering. Still, many peopel told me that I really should continue playing to win. Ah.. whatever. A draw against top seed player. It's my honour.
Went to table 5. Dang, I was black and Renitha was playing white.. the Johor Chess Club's president's daughter. In other words. VERY TERROR. Duh of course I lost the game. Her game was just better than mine. No match for her. And so what if I lost to a girl? I mean they're suppose to have the same mentality than guys right?
Dropped to table 7. OMG.. damn my rotten luck, kena play against Pahang MSSJ represantative. If I had won I would be in MSSJ as well. And I'm not, so yea I lost AGAIN.
Last game ended how the day started. Malay girl as well. But she was way better than the Aisyah girl. Had quite a hard time but managed to win that one.
So overall my score is 4.5 upon 7. Highest score I think is 6. Really dissapointed in myself. In most tournaments I can normally achieve 5.5 marks.. Ah never mind, I'll just have to try again.
Final ranking : 19 upon 93. Out of top ten, gotta work harder.
The next tournament I think is the Tebrau Open in Pelangi Plaza. I like that event a lot cause I get to visit the magic shop there LOL. Though it's really really really dumb for them to have the game going on beside RedBox. Looking forward to it.

Super Busy. Really really.
I really don't enjoy my life right now. There is just so many things yet to be done and so little time. I really have no idea how am I going to cope. Well to some of us this might just be the beginning of the real torture, but for me it's already hell.
I have a debate competition next friday. Title is ' Female should attend National Service.' Well I have not start writing my script and I have five days left. only. Though last time things turned out alright even though I didn't prepare any script at all and we started preparing only three days before. But this time we know our opponent, and they're good. Hope that we can be better.
And on the day right after the debate, Why Five has to go for an audition for Hari Guru's performance. Um yea that's the Band name. WeiBin thought of it. I'm just like a calefare playing the keyboard. When the keyboard goes on stage, the audience can barely hear anything. And I'm probably going to look stupid. Point is, our so called ' band' have not yet rehearse even ONCE!!! At least not a full rehearsal with all of our members present. Either he's sick or she's got work to do... And I have only practised 2 hours with them. I have a bad feeling that thing's aren't going to work out. Sad to say that this band isn't going to make it. I think. But since I got myself into this, gonna do my best.
That's not the end of it. Chemistry presentation is on Wednesday, and my Ferrous Sulphate hasn't crystalised yet. Aww.. some of my friends did it wrong. We're suppose to get a saturated solution.. and filter off the suspension so that only the solution is left. And leave to evaporate till there is crystal. But they just take the filtrated suspension and they call it ' crystals'. I mean I did it all correct. But now it's still liquid. Hmm... really considering giving up. Blah.. nonsense.
BIO somemore. Some petro-science stuff. I know I got myself into all this mess but I was informed that the competition is on August. Plenty of time to get ready. But later I found out have to go for an audition and I have to prepare my script by next week. I'm doing a presentation on Newton's laws of motion. Third law to be specific. Though there are so many questions I wanna ask. So if you're a senior. Care to help?
Exam's around the corner. And I'm not superman.
And lastly. Chess open tournament tomorrow. Not preparing at all. Just trying to have fun. 7 rounds. 8 hours.. it's going to be a blast.
Lucky I didn't go for the Physics's robotic thingy.

First Blood. Oooooo yeA!!!!
For some reason I got into a chinese debate team. I don't know what got into me and I have no idea what I got myself into... till last week. I found out that my school is having a inter-class debate competition! At first, my team barely had any reaction or done anything useful... till Wednesday. We really kinda panicked. We got down to business on Wed and things are finally going on. We were really satisfied with our performance cause everything we did or discussed was within three days and somehow we pulled it off.
It was pretty fierce. My team was to debate on the title 'Consumer plays a more important role than the government in fighting piracy' as the opposition. And we've heard that our opponent was well prepared. And so.. we were DAMN NERVOUS. Though the other team wasn't any better. Practically everyone of us debating was shaaaaaaakiiiiiing. I was the third guy.. um the second co-debator? I don't really know what I'm saying but my job was to strengthen our point and rebut. REBUTAL was totally my favourite part. And everyone in my team to me did a great job. CHEERS GUYS!!!!! And of course we had a great ' fight'. The results were out. WE WON! and I got the best debator thingy or title. Anyways good job everyone.
And Jeremy's group won as well. So we can conclude that FORM 4 ROCKS AND IS STILL BRINGIN' IT!!!!!!! So now that everything's out of the way. It's now a battle of S1 and S2.. Oooo.. Everyone there knew that Jeremy's group was obviously more professional and more organized and more faster and more BETTER than my team. So it's no more play time. Time to get down to work as soon as we get the next debate theme.

JAILBROKEN YAY!!!!!!
Guess what?! I just got my ipod touch 2g JAILBROKEN!!!! I've been trying to do it for quite a while and finally I've gotten hold of some files and got it done. It's pretty cool now that I can pretty much have every application for free.
The thing is the new boot logo is just disgusting. I'm going to learn how to create my own. I simple can't stand it.
Now all I need is WiFi connection. I'm on it already, trying my best to persuade my mum. haha.

Convent 2008
Well well well... it's really been quite a while since I touched this computer. Anyway I lately reallllllllyyyy busy so sometimes I practically have no time to blog. THOUSAND APOLOGIES TO ALL MY DEAR READERS ( if there's any at all.)
Anyways. Went to Convent today. IU day.. and it was pretty much lots of performance of songs and dance. Thats about it. Though the modern dance was not bad, unlike our school. It's simple tooooo MALAYSISH!!!!! ( am not being a racist). And I'm even sure what does it mean.
I really lost my blogging mojo. I'm just blabbering right now... bla bla bla..
